How do I set up automated notifications?

After creating a case for your account, using the pencil symbol next to the case will allow you to set severity levels to receive notifications by email. 

Make sure the box is selected for “send notifications”. We recommend setting ‘minimum alert level’ to “Elevated”

Add email addresses that you want notifications to be delivered. By default the ‘owner’ of the group will be added.
